I class plan so you don’t have to! Full body 45 minute Pilates inspired workout with a squishy ball and set of weights.
Each exercise for 30 seconds making sure to repeat on each side! Add this to your class plan or try this for your next Pilates exercise day 💪🏻🤌🏻🫶🏻

A full around the mat flow! No props needed just focused on body weight and holding in each exercise for 30 - 50 seconds! Use this as inspiration for your next at home workout or class plan 🤍 #pilates #pilatesinstructor #pr #pilatesworkout #strong

📍CorePlus, Clayton

Newly opened CorePlus Clayton has 12 reformer beds and a 33°C hot room 🔥

I started with the Hot Strength + Cardio class and was absolutely dripping in sweat by the end. Then finished with Hot Yin Yoga, which was the perfect way to slow everything back down.

The class theme was finding the bliss in stillness… stretching, breathing and exhaling everything you wanted to let go of from the week. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Make sure you check them out!

COREPLUS Clayton is now live 💙

A beautiful new space where movement is about how you feel, not how you look.

Mini bouquets for each guest to take home, a small gesture to complement a space dedicated to mindful movement, connection, and self-investment through Pilates, Reformer and Yoga.

Congratulations to @move_with_rose and the @coreplus_studios Clayton team on this exciting new chapter. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your soft launch. 🌿✨
