We moved, stretched, sweated, laughed and felt things we didn’t expect to feel before noon. Flash isn’t just a music festival. Shoutout to @move_wm & @jordanmaeantoinette for taking us on this mornings journey 🫶 Join our next workshops tomorrow morning to be a part of the magic.

A festival feeds the senses. The best ones also feed the soul. This year, Flash goes deeper. 2026 marks the expansion of our wellbeing programme and we’re doing it the Flash way: no upsells, no gatekeeping, just intentional space for everyone. Introducing the Zen Tent - a brand new home on the airstrip dedicated entirely to movement, breath, stillness and connection. Four days. A full schedule. All free. Here’s what’s waiting for you each morning ↓ Yoga with @jordanmaeantoinette — three classes across the weekend, from a high-energy Tone & Flow set to a live DJ, to a grounding mid-festival flow, to a long, melting, Tuscan-grass restoration on Saturday morning. Jordan is one of London’s leading wellness instructors and she brings every part of herself to these sessions. Come as you are. Movement with Marc Benga @move_wm — two workshops built around curiosity, play and connection. Expect the unconventional. Expect to surprise yourself. Expect to leave thinking oh shit, I forgot I could do that. Sound Bath with @plena_sound — two immersive sessions to drop you somewhere deep and still. The airstrip. The Tuscan sky. You. We believe wellness and movement should be for everyone — so every class, every session, every morning is completely free and open to all levels. This is Flash. This has always been Flash. Still landing from the most gorgeous week in Turkiye, at a retreat held by my gorgeous friend and inspiration @sedayildiz Also holding space were the incredible team of facilitators @solbyemily @elisa.wonders @tairayne @nada.nest @move_wm There was meditation, sound baths on and off boats, movement, play, song, pleasure connection, yoga, breathwork, and many genre-less experiences in between. It was honestly a blessing to be holding bodywork sessions in this setting, and it became clear through the week how necessary it was as part of participants’ processes. By the second day of sunshine, loving food and connection processes/workshops, we had all shedded layers of city crust - more regulated and opened up. This allowed each session to begin on a deep level, and the collaboration in release to come easily. For the participants, it was important to have a space of 1-1 care, to support them directly in sharing what was on top for them, and support with letting go energetically, somatically, physically, however we want to call it. There were lots of tears, groans, screams and sighs of relief and release. For me, to be able to work immersively while also being resourced with sunshine, rest, workshops, food and a soft nervous system allowed me to work at my best, in a way that sometimes felt so powerful and other times so light, the line between existing and bodyworking was almost invisible. More retreats please. If you or anyone you know holds retreats, and think that it could benefit having a bodyworker present, shout me :) So much love and gratitude to the Turkiye team, and I look forward to sharing this magical space again next year! #retreat #bodywork #turkey #turkeyretreat #bodyworkonretreat
