We had such a fun day with our Pilates in The Park collab with @alchemy_grove - it was an absolutely gorgeous day and the ladies that attended were what makes our network fantastic!

I've been going to Alchemy Grove for about 18 months now, and the community they've built is a big part of why I keep coming back. Building a community who genuinely support each other here in our local area is something I care a lot about, so getting to bring two local businesses together for a morning like this felt really really special.

A huge thank you to the Alchemy Grove team for collaborating with us, to @movebyelly for running us through a great mat Pilates session, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who came along. It was so lovely to see familiar faces and meet a few new ones, and I left feeling really grateful for the community we have around us.

We've plan on doing more fun events like this, so stay tuned for the next one ☀️

You wouldn’t skip washing your face after a sweaty workout… so why are we neglecting our scalp?

Sweat, oil and build-up can leave your scalp feeling less than fresh, especially after a workout. Give your scalp the same attention you give your skincare routine - cleanse, exfoliate and care for it regularly.

@movebyelly uses our Pre-Wash Scalp Exfoliating Treatment after her workouts, leaves it on for 15 minutes, then washes as normal for a clean, refreshed scalp and healthy-looking hair.

Your scalp deserves a skincare routine too

Moments from the @leisureconceptsaustralia Reformer Stage.

Across two days of movement, education and exploration, this space brought together some of the industry’s most respected educators, sharing progressive approaches, practical insights and fresh perspectives on modern movement education.

Thoughtfully powered by @merrithew equipment, helping bring a considered and elevated reformer experience to life.

Day one of @fomme__ Sydney, what a dream ☁️

Back where it all started. Our sixth festival, where we welcomed movement professionals from Germany, New Zealand, Fiji and all across Australia into Bondi to learn, move, connect and celebrate the future of modern movement together.

Taking on three stages this year was no small feat, and it truly would not have been possible without our incredible educators, staff and partners who brought this whole experience to life with so much care, energy and generosity.

The weather was grey, but the vibes were so high. The rooms were full, conversations flowed, ideas were shared and the energy across every space felt so special.

When I first entered the movement industry years ago, it often felt competitive. But weekends like this remind me how much the industry is evolving. At the end of the day, most of us are here for the same reason: because we genuinely love movement, care deeply about the people in front of us, and believe in continuing to learn. The best teachers stay students forever. When we come together instead of competing against each other, the industry becomes stronger for everyone. So grateful for this community 🤍
