What an amazing experience at Soult Beach, Batroun! 🌊

As part of the event organized by @movelebanon , @alexandrekarim_ & @marounb.sl had the pleasure of leading a calisthenics class, giving everyone the opportunity to discover the beauty of our sport, experience its benefits, and most importantly, MOVE!

Our mission goes beyond training. We want to spread calisthenics and make it accessible to everyone. ❤️

Young or old. Boys or girls. Beginners or athletes.
Calisthenics is for EVERYONE.

No matter your age or level, your body was made to move.

Thank you @movelebanon for bringing people together through movement and giving us the opportunity to share our passion with the community. 🇱🇧

MOVE! because movement is medicine. 💪🏼

You should know I….

Love training myself and others more than anything. Strength training, functional training, hyrox, HIIT, sports (volley ball, padel, etc.), Yoga, mobility, Sculpt & Pilates - these are what I do (and some teach) on a weekly basis.

Here we are.. sculpting.
35 some people, under the 35 degree sun, in front of the Mediterranean Sea, laughing, cheering eachother on, sweating, and getting stronger. That’s the vibe baby, that’s all we need.

Much love to
@namatbeirut inviting me to rep the studio
@movelebanon for putting together a great wellness event
@soultbeach for offering the beautiful space and hospitality
@wearebarrely for the props that we moved on

More wellness. More fun. More connection.

This is what I live for.

Join me in the next movement whether it’s my in person classes in Lebanon, 1-1 online fitness coaching or on my next retreat in somewhere beautiful @thewellnesstrip ❤️❤️❤️
