• 3 rounds per side
• Choose whatever dumbbell weight feels right for you

Mostly legs with a little arm work thrown in because we may as well 👋🏽

A naturally hydrating drink that’s slightly sweet, slightly salty, and incredibly refreshing 🍋‍🟩 🥥

Ingredients:
• 1 cup frozen organic raspberries
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 pinches of sea salt
• 1 teaspoon Manuka honey
• 500ml coconut water
• A generous handful of ice

Method:
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and icy cold.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Makes: Approximately 2 large serves (or 1 large glass and 1 small glass).

Notes:
The last little bit left in the blender will contain most of the raspberry seeds. If you’d prefer a smoother drink, pour it through a fine mesh strainer before serving.
Best enjoyed straight away while it’s nice and cold.

What I eat in a day at 34 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼

Every day looks different right now. Appetite, energy, cravings and hunger levels seem to change daily.

I’ve also been feeling like I could do a better job of getting enough protein in, so that’s my focus moving forward as we head into the final weeks 🤍

Rich, fudgy, chocolatey bliss balls made with real ingredients and coated in dark chocolate.🍫 🌰

Makes: 16–20 balls

Ingredients

For the bliss balls:

* 1¼ cups hazelnuts
* 1½ cups fresh Medjool dates, pitted
* 1½ tbsp coconut oil
* 3 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ⅓ cup cacao powder
* Pinch of sea salt

Optional chocolate coating:

* 100g dark chocolate
* 1 tsp coconut oil
* Reserved crushed hazelnuts, for topping

Method

1. If your hazelnuts still have their skins on, lightly roast them in the oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes. Place them in a clean tea towel and rub vigorously to remove most of the skins.
2. Add the hazelnuts to a Thermomix or high-speed blender and pulse until finely chopped. Remove a small handful and set aside for topping later.
3. Add the dates, coconut oil, chocolate hazelnut spread, vanilla, cacao powder and sea salt.
4. Blend until the mixture comes together and is sticky enough to roll. If needed, scrape down the sides and blend again.
5. Roll the mixture into balls and place on a lined tray or plate.
6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
7. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
8. Dip each bliss ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
9. Sprinkle with the reserved chopped hazelnuts before the chocolate sets.
10. Return to the fridge for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate coating is firm.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Tip: Fresh Medjool dates give these bliss balls a softer texture and richer caramel flavour than packaged dates, making them extra fudgy and delicious.
