Day 29 of my #novembertoremember posts #Survivior #Saturday #allrise #runlikejackie #Running endeavors of ATH/L #Happybirthday #shoutout to @soulcycle senior instructor and Obe fitness instructor Eve Lynn Chrust ! 🙌🎉🎁 Photo taken back from the @movemeant WDTB on September 29th, 2019. 44 today?! *Does the Joe Benigno voice* What?! Come on! No way you are probably 35..

Love your vibes Eve when you do the fundamental flows #yoga class. It has been a crazy time for me in 2018 from my recovery after my biggest heartache to my rise as a Phoenix runner it is a slow recovery but a process it has become my voice for healing. On extreme volatile days in 2020, I had 2 sessions, you were to calm it down. As my running life risen, I have learned from fellow runners and yoga instructors including you that the yoga helps to keep the body loose.
On cold days when I run it is essential especially when I am on the M60 Select bus going from La Guardia airport to upper Manhattan now on the Q44 from Jamaica to the Bronx.

Now on @obe_fitness doing your yoga flows so good! On February 6th, 2020 you bailed me out on the bike after a NYCT bus accident near my Grandparents houses not just house but houses plural because both of my parents are 3 doors from each in February and got 1st place AG same week WHAT?! Then on March 2nd at Noho. After the reopening at Brooklyn Heights soul outside like a boss especially after my Far Rockaway 10k which I PR'ed and then reunited back in June, 2021 on my rare day off Thursday. I got to run almost 6 miles before your class. Now with CCSU and Drew after being with Hunter for over 12 years time for a new outlook and new running ideas.

Hope we do another WDTB fitness expo together on the last Sunday in September next year! You will see me on TV for a running race. Keep your eyes open if I am in a major televised race.
Have a good one Eve #theheartneverquits NYC Andrew Tiger Henderson!

Where do I even start?? Since 2018 @readysetmonique
HIIT workouts and my special appearance swinging by the @movemeant @wedaretobare
NYC events. I hope we are going to have that again in September, 2025. How about that one race the Brooklyn 5k Monday night special in 2019? I had a hard time running Prospect Park. Not in February and April last year. I slayed the hilly park with a monster 10:38 (10 miler) and 10:42 (Half Marathon) PRs in 2023 and slayed it during the Daytona 500 Sunday and RBC Brooklyn Half marathon.
Plus the Soulcycle classes in 2020 into 2021.

Hope to see you again soon in a race maybe in September or November? Today you're 42 years old?! WHAT?! NO way. Have a good birthday Monique!

Still buzzing from an incredible day at Move for Confidence! 🧡

I had the honor of attending, vending, and moving alongside the most inspiring group of humans. We shed our shirts, stood proud in our matching sports bras, and celebrated everything our bodies are capable of — strength, movement, joy, resilience.

This event was all about lifting ourselves and each other up, loving the skin we’re in, and leaving the negative self-talk behind.

Proceeds went to the amazing Movemeant Foundation — an organization doing such important work.

Feeling so grateful to have been part of it. ✨

Another one for the books.

Move for Confidence 2025 brought 170 of our closest friends together and raised more than $6k for @movemeant - a foundation all about teaching young girls and women the positive mental and physical effects movement can have on our lives.

A huge thank you to our teachers for showing up and making the event better every year. @lexy_bow17 @priscillaperezzz @debbiepopielyoga @kellypilates.remedypb @jessmpate

An even bigger thanks to our sponsor, @thestatelygroup @joshstately - not only for your willingness to provide the most amazing spaces for us to come together and move, but for your compassion for our cause.

A shout out to @smidge.design for always making us look good and to @snailum for being the best support system we could ask for.

Even more, we want to thank each of you who showed up, likely got a little sunburn and kept the energy alive for 90 minutes of moving, laughing and feeling confident. We hope our message stays with you.

Until next year. Xoxox

I’ve got a batch of pieces in the works for an upcoming event that I’m pretty stoked to have been asked to participate in. @remedypb is hosting MOVE FOR CONFIDENCE — an incredible morning of movement (Pilates, yoga, dance, etc.) where the proceeds will benefit the Movemeant Foundation — a Generation Confident program that is dedicated to middle school girls, focusing on fostering body positivity, self-acceptance, and overall well-being. I have been present at many of these events and let me tell you, I leave feeling a renewed sense of appreciation for my body, its strength and capabilities, and all it allows me to do.

This year I will not only be moving along with everyone, but I will also have a table set up with many of my current jewelry pieces as well and some new Remedy branded items.

I hope that if you are able, you will join us on April 26th at 10am to experience this truly uplifting experience. For more information hop over to the @remedypb page to sign up through the link in bio.
