Make no excuses! Get out there and move your body in any way you can. In the process give thanks to God for all the blessings bestowed upon you. We easily forget all the blessings around us and sometimes focus on the negatives. If we pray with faith and believe in His mercy, He answers and even surpasses our petitions. His plans are better than ours let’s not forget that.
If you find yourself in Jacksonville Florida and would like to start a mobility training program with me, CALL ME and let’s book your session. Discover the benefits of my work and my professional experience through the Polestar Pilates method. 💛

Birth + Carnage is a dance work fusing choreography, astrophysics, and video installation. Born
from the collaboration between choreographer Marla Phelan and astrophysicist Dr. Blakesley
Burkhart, the work is inspired by the astrophysical phenomenon of stellar birth as both visceral
metaphor and choreographic framework.
