Little vlog of my day yesterday celebrating 1 year of @movewchrist! 🥹

How amazing it is to be surrounded by women who uplift, support and inspire each other. There’s something so special about being in a space where women genuinely want to see each other win!!! 🤍

Thank you MWC for having me and allowing me and my cookies to be a part of it all. I’m so grateful to celebrate this milestone with you! ✨

Here’s to many more years of community, connection and women supporting women 🙌🏽

Before we ran, we came together in prayer. 🙏🏾

This time tomorrow, we’ll already be out on course, not just running 42.2km, but creating change within our culture.
Showing our people that we belong in THESE PLACES TOO!

Was a pleasure hosting @maruniterunclub and @movewchrist 💪🏃

We had the runners test their grip strength and jump on the force plates to look at jump height, power and asymmetries.

There was a bit of competition with the grip strength challenge too — with the Move With Christ founder taking the win at 58kg 👀💪
