Happy 30th Birthday, Fran 💛

From a kindred spirit as a little girl to the wonderful woman and mother you are today, I couldn’t be prouder to be your Auntie.

You’re kind, strong, and full of light. You lift others up, love with your whole heart, and inspire everyone lucky enough to know you.

I get you, and I always will. Here’s to you, Fran… and to all the magic still to come. ✨

We are Cellular being floating in the primordial soup of our bodies

Within our bodies resides our unique tone and totality

The organisations of our tone and our cellular being is our physiology

Creating the cellular ocean of our organs

Each organ has its own dynamic resonance, it’s own organisational energy yet they’re all an intricate web of us.

So let’s soup into the body, we are the body we’re not separate from it.

We just love Ashtanga! This practice instills discipline as it is a set sequence. It’s not for beginners but can be worked on many levels through modifications 🏆

We use Ashtanga as the foundation of our yoga teacher training as it provides all the fundamentals of popular Vinyasa Flow and Rocket 🚀

We don’t believe you should only practice Ashtanga but a few times a week is highly beneficial to improve strength and flexibility. We also promote a modified version of the Intermediate Series so that you get a balance of forward fold and backbends 🙌🏼

Join us in the mat soon 🧘🏽‍♀️

Thank you @yogacitaliverpool for hosting us.
