MEET EVA. @movewitheva

Movement for the long run. Eva’s approach is about working with the body rather than pushing through it - building strength, mobility and flexibility through slow, controlled movement.

Expect a powerful flow that works deep, boosts circulation and leaves the body a little freer than before.

intensity 3/5. 60 mins. pilates x redlight.

Have you ever had a private yoga experience? One where the sequence is tailored precisely to your needs? where the teacher looks at every bone, every muscle, every movement with attention to detail? One that helps you gain a deeper understanding of movements and a deeper knowledge of your body?
That’s what I do. Shoot me a message if you want to try it out. I am currently in Santa Teresa, CR and available for private classes.
See you on your mat!
X Eva

Walking over rooftops, finding new ways, closer to the stars.

When you make a decision, I think it is nice to have space to view, what feels like a place you want to go. Recently I read this part where it explained that no decision is rational, since this would mean you are taking all information in account. And since we never have all the information, we end up playing in the irrational Raum. This gave me encouragement, to stay tuned to all, and go with what maybe not always can be explained as the right way. And also in a discussion agree that the others arguments sounds way better, though also being able to express, that it feels of. (In an argument the most knowledgeable will often “win” the argument. This does not mean they are right.)

With that, keeping in mind that our trauma’s sometimes also push us in a “irrational” direction, acting on these would be acting out of fear at times, hence, with the practice of “following your gut” comes also, “identify what is gut and what is love/ an omen”.

And then again, climb a roof, take a trip, meditate, go to where you “draw a blank”, and then look at it all again.
