💡 Arabesque Leg – eine anspruchsvolle Up Stretch Variante

Heute durfte ich gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin und Trainerin Jenna diese wunderschöne Übung im Detail analysieren, nachdem sie mich zuvor unterrichtet hatte.

Worauf kommt es an?

✅ Fließender Übergang von Plank → Elephant → Arabesque Leg.
✅ Das Brustbein bleibt geöffnet – Länge statt Einsinken.
✅ Das Gesäß aktiv anspannen, um das Becken zu stabilisieren.
✅ Den unteren Rücken nicht durchhängen lassen – die Stabilität kommt aus der Körpermitte.
✅ Beide Beine arbeiten kraftvoll, mit Energie bis in die Füße.
✅ Aktiv aus den Schultern herausdrücken – nicht in den Schultergelenken „hängen“.
✅ Die Wirbelsäule bleibt lang und kontrolliert, während das Bein nach hinten und oben verlängert wird.

Eine Übung, die Kraft, Stabilität, Mobilität und Körperbewusstsein perfekt miteinander verbindet. ✨

Meet our new instructor, Jenna Mok! Jenna is joining our Mar Vista studio, teaching Power Reformer Advanced and Tower Form and Flow. As a seasoned teacher, she specializes in functional, for focused movement (with an extra knowledge base in back injured and special cases).
