Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor 🧘🏽‍♀️
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Having become certified as an instructor in both Mat & Reformer Pilates, I created this space to share more of my journey and practice After discovering Pilates through recovery from a back injury suffered in 2016, it quickly became something that helped me reconnect with my body. Through mindful movement, I aim to help others to build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected to themselves Excited to share more along the way 🤍
