📢Listen up ladies!📢

Ever wondered where a Biokineticist could assist in pre/post natal, pelvic and women's health space 🤔

Watch this quick clip to find out - added bonus.... I've tagged a few other Bio's around the country who can also help you out 😉

Share in the comments below if you know of any others Bio's that I haven't yet tagged with a special interest in this area, or ask a question to see if we can help you with some of your specific concerns 👌

We hosted a workshop this past weekend, exploring hormonal health. A group of women prioritised their health and showed up for themselves.

Whilst planning the programme, I reflected on my own hormonal health, feminine cycles over the years and how essential yoga has been for my health and wellbeing. I recognise the significance of tailoring our practice to the ever-changing seasons. This way it will always serve you.

I am grateful to share practices that have carried me through my own journey and continue to heal on all levels .

And thats a (BigMac) Wrap for this holiday Club! Writing their recipes on their take home bags so they could make a whole lot more as soon as they got home. P.S we also had a "secret ingredient" and our take of BigMac Sauce was delicious. THANK YOU to all the kiddos for making this a "Happy Meal" of note
