I used to get back spasms that would put me down for two days. I was 18, playing sports, lifting with my friends. I thought that was just how my body worked. At 18 my coach introduced me to ATG training movements. I was told were dangerous before. Four years later l haven’t had a spasm since. This is what I wish I knew at 18.
