Celebrating Compass Spirit Day!

Of course, our Compass spirit shines all year long! Today is simply a fun opportunity to celebrate the friendships, teamwork, and shared commitment to helping others that bring us together every day.

One of my favorite things about this group -@compassplus - is the heart we bring to our work. At Compass, we help people with their real estate needs at every stage of life. Through Compass Plus, we offer seniors and their families extra guidance and support as they navigate their next chapter.

Whether it’s downsizing, leaving a longtime family home, or exploring what comes next, these transitions deserve patience, compassion, and a plan that feels right for each person.

Proud to be part of a community that cares about the people behind every move. 🏡❤️

Helping a client sell the family home while moving a parent into care is not a transaction you can run on instinct.

On the next MOMENTum Monday, Compass Plus founders Ruth Reffkin @theruthreffkinteam and Wendy Moore @movewithwendy break down what senior representation actually requires, and why a generational wealth transfer is putting these conversations in front of untrained agents.

After this session, you’ll also be equipped with the simplest question to uncover who in your database is already facing this decision.

Visit the Coaching Calendar in our bio to save the session link!

What an incredible week in Denver at the CSA Retreat! 🏔️

I’m coming home inspired after a week filled with amazing speakers, learning, sharing ideas, and connecting with some truly outstanding real estate professionals from across the country.

One of the highlights was spending time with fellow Certified Senior Advisors who are also part of Compass Plus. We all share a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the important decisions that come with life transitions and real estate.

The networking was invaluable. I now have an even stronger nationwide network of trusted professionals I can confidently recommend to my clients, their families, and their friends — wherever life may take them.

When I make a referral, I want to know that person will be taken care of. After this week, I feel even more confident that I can connect my clients with the best of the best across the country — experienced agents who are Certified Senior Advisors, just like me. ❤️

So grateful for everything I learned, the relationships I strengthened, and the new ones I made. I’m excited to bring all of that knowledge back home and put it to work for my clients!

If you’re a realtor, you get it.

If you’re a husband, wife, daughter, sister, brother, friend of a realtor, you get it.

Every day is so different than the one before, but we love a little unpredictably in our lives lol

These Two Masters: Proud is an understatement. Learning how to serve from these two women is a privilege. Their extraordinary leadership, vision, and commitment continue to shape Compass Plus, starting with the Founder and Board President Emerita, Ruth Reffkin, @theruthreffkinteam Reffkin, and our current Board President, Wendy Moore @movewithwendy

Ruth built the foundation and inspired a movement, and Wendy continues to lead us forward with purpose, heart, and an unwavering commitment to our mission. Together, they unselfishly share their wisdom with all of us around the country as Compass Plus Members how to support one another and change the way we serve older adults and their families. 🦋
