@relahwinde from @movewvida was an amazing instructor for my first Pilates class in South Beach, Miami 🩰🌴

After losing mobility and overcoming sciatica I had to modify the way I train my body, and I couldn’t be in Florida and not have a class with Vida. Investing into my wellness became a lifestyle not an aesthetic, and I really encourage you guys to train with professionals and prioritize rest for optimal wellbeing (especially if you’re an entrepreneur/ work in beauty services )
