🏆 1st Half Marathon - Warsaw Praski 🇵🇱
⏰ 1:47:06
🔥 What an unbelievable feeling!!

💚 We raised over £1500 for CALM @calmzone Charity in honour of our JohnBoy @john_boy_sgt and Tom’s stepbrother Tim Stanton. Thanks to all of you who donated!!❤️ Shout out to Tom @txmblaxk and Tom @t_ripper84 for achieving the PBs they both got! & helping me get through the weekend 🙏🏽 Extra love to Ed @edwardajones for the surprise appearance in Poland. Deffo added some extra motivation for the boys.

😤Mistakes:

👟 Running in trail shoes rather than actual running shoes

🦶 Doing a 3-hour walking tour around Warsaw the day of the half marathon

⛽️ Never completing a run over 10km

💨 Not running for 7 weeks before the half

🥤 Eating carb gels on the start line when I’ve never eaten one before

⌚️ Setting off and realising the Apple Watch I had borrowed is set to Miles rather than KM’s (moving panic at 500m rifling through app settings)

👋🏽 Trying to high-five fans whilst running

✅ With all that said, Half-Marathon #2 coming up in November

We asked some of the filmmakers at our CineCommunity event about their preferences 🎬🎥

Prime lens or zoom lens?

So… what about you? 🤔

We are on set with DP Maher Maleh (@mmdop) in Bangkok, Thailand this month where he is currently shooting the feature film “Home Sweet Home Rebirth” on ZEISS Supreme Prime Radiance lenses and Sony Venice.
Because the film will have a lot of VFX, Maher also brought the new ZEISS CinCraft Scenario camera tracking system. Our product specialist Abel is on site as well to supervise the tracking workflow and to make sure the local camera assistants become familiar with the system. The finished feature is scheduled to be released in 2024 and we can’t wait!
