HOT TAKE: If you want a lot of greenery in your designs, then The Rooted Nest is probably not your jam. When you ask for flower arrangements, you’re going to get flower arrangements…not greenery arrangements. In other words- Antique Hydrangeas measuring roughly a foot tall belong in your designs, and Phal orchids should be spilling out. Let’s go big!

Suit: custom. Smile: impossible to fake. 💙

YouTube creator @kyleexum celebrated his wedding day to the beautiful @_anisahca_ in a custom look by Suited by NYBG, and this candid captures the joy of the moment perfectly. Your wedding-day style should feel like you—right down to the grin.

There’s something special about wedding season at Gracie’s. 🤍

As we head into fall and winter celebrations, we’re looking back at a few beautiful days we’ve had the honor of being part of.

This weekend, Gracie’s will be closed for two private weddings on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11. ✨

We’re looking forward to all the celebrations still to come this season. 🥂

Some rooms just feel different once the candles are lit.

For Brittany, that feeling is what first drew her to candlelight and eventually became the heart of In The Aura.

She brings that sense of warmth into weddings and celebrations, thinking about the way the light settles into a space and changes as the evening goes on.

There’s something really lovely about hearing her talk about her work. The way she notices a room. The way she thinks about where light will fall. The way she remembers the people who trusted her with their wedding day.

I spent some time with Brittany and came away with a much better understanding of what goes into creating that atmosphere.

The full feature is now published on Solis Collective. Link in Bio.
