Did you know Pilates has been around for 100 years and is more than mat and reformer?

Pilates fusion is having a moment but the work has been here and will continue to be here.

I love Pilates and how supportive it feels in my body.

I love how it invites me to really slow down and get intentional about how, what and why i#my body is moving.

It’s made me feel so much stronger as a whole, and supports my running and strength training.

I have such a deeper awareness of how I move.

This past year I embarked on all the learning, and am not slowing down anytime soon. It’s really been filling my cup, and has deepened my love for teaching, guiding and supporting people through movement.

I feel my fire burner brighter. I feel more confident in how I can help people feel strong and empowered through movement. I can speak to the why with so much more depth behind my programming.

Last weekend and I took my barre certification with @angeliemelzer and what a wealth of knowledge she is. I walked away with so many more tools in my tool box.

As I look back at how 2025 started and how it forced me into another pivot, I can now say I am so grateful for the push it gave me to finally dive into my comprehensive pilates, barre and astrology certifications.

Ooo Pilates I love you more and more each class.

The way you make me slow down and appreciate the power I have.
The way you help me tune into my body.
The way you make me feel so supported.
The way I feel so aligned and stable.
The way you make me better at running and strength training.
