1. You don’t have to like, comment or share. Instead, this week find 50 creators with less than 500 followers, go to their reels go down 18, and repost and like all of them and comment on one of them. Women of Nigeria and West Africa who live in West Africa, Europe, and a couple here in the USA have adopted me as their “little bro” and have shown me the correct way to build a social media page (probably a West Indian PYT in there too 😂). @naz_fragrancelover randomly dmed me one day yelling at me about all the things I needed to change. I was like why the eff you liked and shared if you ain’t like it. She said you my peope. And we Nigerians gonna like comment and share for our people. So lock tf in. We are sick of your ish. 😭😭😭. I was like 🥹🥹🥹🥹.

So don’t beg for likes comments and shares. Find your crew, and focus on building everyone up to 500 then 2,000 then 5,000 followers. If you put the love out there the love will come back. I just focused on sharing other people’s posts and went from 50 to 700. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. They my people.

2. My goal is to get to have 300 Different Perfumes reviewed by Jan 2028. Go to my REELS page and dm me any suggestions you may have. Not perfume suggestions. But time, content, etc.

3. Since I’m a geek I looked back at my first followers. mowasmellsgood was like the 25th person I followed on this page. I just realized she got a super following and she’s to blame for me tapping in with all the super west Africans with the perfumes that take over stadiums. 😤😤😤💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾.

Set to the live tones of a cellist, the session featured guided movement and breathwork.

Param Sara’s The Bodhi candle drifted through the venue as an olfactory thread. Rather than framing fragrance merely as a wearable accessory, it situated scent within a broader conversation connecting the body, surroundings and primal instinct.

Rooted in the philosophy of Eastern Universality, the experience leaned into beautiful duality: scent against sound, movement alongside stillness. Stepping back from the hum of city life, guests contemplated interwoven cycles and slipped into a state of complete inner equilibrium.
