Well. It’s been a minute since I updated. I took a break from posting this summer, as I enjoyed the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next.

I did some exciting things. Met some lovely people. And saw a lot of the world. All in a summer. So, here is where I have been…

…and where I am going next.

Genau deswegen findet jedes Training statt!💪🏻🏃🏼‍♂️🏁

Is it possible for an amateur athlete to finish 10 marathons in 10 different sports in 10 months? Everybody told me: no, you are crazy!

But I trained one year for this challenge. Yes, it was hard to do a marathon every three to four weeks and train in so many different disciplines. It was the most exiting year in my sports life. And I learned: if you really focus on a great goal you are able to accomplish amazing challenges!

And this message is part of my keynote that I‘m holding at companies, academies, clubs etc. If you are interested send me a DM.

ROAD TO 2027.

This year, I achieved more than I expected, even without the preparation I had hoped for.

And it made me wonder what’s possible when I really put in the work, stay consistent, and give it everything I’ve got.

New races. New challenges. New goals.

Some of them will push me further than I’ve ever gone before. And I know it won’t always go according to plan.

But that’s exactly what makes the journey worth it.

These are my plans for 2027.

Let’s see where this road takes me.

Follow the journey.

Bild 3: 2 Tage später Platz 1 beim Innsbrucker K25 beim @innsbruckalpine

Bild 10: Platz 2 beim @eigerultratrail hinter @rrunningflow.

Vydrží to noha a vůbec celé tělo?
