Bike ride in PJs? When you haven’t been active in 3 months and then you’re cleared to do anything, why not?!

I had back surgery in May to fix my scoliosis (see my post from May 26th) so I had a summer of recovering and resting. While it was nice to still be able to be outside, there is nothing as sweet as being truly active in all the ways that I Iove. So now I’m soaking up all the times I’m able to be active - like when my girls, almost ready for bed, decided to go for a bike ride with me.

Also threw in a few photos from our non-working, and very beautiful, Labor Day weekend.
