POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been just over a year since I partnered Bravenly, and these two photos stopped me in my tracks.

The first thing I noticed wasn’t my hair or my smile…

It was how much the puffiness in my face has gone down.

A year ago, I partnered because I already knew and trusted the CEO, loved the quality of the ingredients, and when my former leader locked arms with her too, I figured it was worth taking a closer look.

I honestly thought the business opportunity would be what kept me around.

Turns out… I stayed because of the products.

As an integrative nutrition coach, I’m incredibly selective about what I recommend and what I put into my own body. Gold quickly became part of my morning routine, and it’s still one of the few products I use every single day.

Has Gold been the only reason I look different?

Of course not.

Over the past year, I’ve been intentional about eating more protein, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, supporting my hormones, and simply taking better care of myself.

But Gold has been a huge part of that journey.

I’ve always believed that when you consistently give your body the nutrients it needs, it responds.

Sometimes that response is more energy. Sometimes it’s better digestion.
Sometimes it’s sleeping better.

And sometimes… you look back at a photo from a year ago and realize your face isn’t as puffy anymore. 💛

That’s why I recommend Gold with so much confidence—because I’ve lived it.

Margherita Flatbread! Here’s a quick idea that comes in hot when you’re short on time or need a heavy snack/appetizer! I use store-bought flatbread (make your own if you want but then you’re losing the efficiency factor!), I drizzled it with olive oil and crisped it for just a few minutes in the oven! Fresh and hot out of the oven, I rubbed it with fresh garlic, topped it with thin-sliced tomatoes, torn pieces of fresh mozzarella and a sprinkle of fresh basil then popped it back in the oven for a few minutes! Before serving, I drizzled balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt and pepper! Yay! Let’s eat!

Made some nibblies for a girls’ night last night! I used to work as a Pampered Chef consultant back in the 90’s (go figure!) and I still use their Bruschetta recipe with a few modern tweaks! I also made these super easy Cheese Straws and then put together a cheese plate🧀 I don’t think @mpshell33 believed that I made the Cheese Straws! 👀 … I love them because its nearly impossible to make them all identical but I think thats part of their charm! I prefer when things aren’t meant to be perfect! Such a fun night of catching up and Cabernet!
