Hi! I wanted to reach out on behalf of @gnarcy.ambas . We've got some seriously rad jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you're interested, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – totally FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.ambas (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

this is my last week working at @heightsfitnessjc 😭

it’s bittersweet. ever since I got into fitness, I craved finding friends who were into it as well.
HF gave me that. There’s nothing like being in an environment with like-minded people who fuel you to become the best YOU.

I will always be grateful to @brianmolyvade for hiring me without any in-person experience and believing in my ability to help his members. I can’t put into words how much working here has changed my life in the most positive way. So I figured I’d post some pictures that show the happiness it has brought me.

I am so thankful for the friendships I have made and the people I have met at the gym this past year. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to coming back to Jersey City to see y’all compete this November 😂

here’s to the next chapter in my fitness and coaching journey 🥂

"EXERCISING SHOULD NOT BE A
TASK, A CHORE, A PUNISHMENT, OR A COPING MECHANISM. IT SHOULD BE LIBERATING, ENERGIZING, AND EMPOWERING"

What you eat doesn’t matter if your training isn’t 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹

Too many women want to diet, diet, diet until they’re toned. Yet they’re left confused and disappointed as to why it never actually happens

Can you relate?

Your gym routine is abs, cardio, abs, cardio, cardio. When you 𝙙𝙤 weight train, it’s with light weights and random machines because you’re afraid of getting bulky

You’re not seeing the results you want because you’re not being 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 in the gym. And you aren’t pushing yourself enough.

You can’t change if you don’t push past your limits
You can’t change if you are simply going through the motions in the gym

Two people can do the same workout.
Person 1 finishes in 20 minutes and continues to look the same
Person 2 finishes in 45 minutes, pushing themself to the limit, and makes noticeable progress within weeks

Which do you want to be?

To learn how to be more intentional with your programming, apply for coaching in my bio 💪
