Campaign update—

Extending thanks to the support I’ve had over the past 6 months. Pre-prep and during prep. Meeting me at 3 or 4 or 5am to get that work in during the week and on the weekends. The ridiculous weight we forced. The Mt. Everest amount of shit talk. Accountability has been a very very very important aspect of my recovery thus far and prep reinforced that x10.

The counseling session between sets. The complaints no one else gets to hear. To my outside gym support, dealing with my god awful attitude. Mood swings. Demands. Stress. THANK YOU. S/o to Food lion for taking all my money 😔💰 .

Most importantly thank God for keeping his hand on me and renewing my mind DAILY.

As we near the show next weekend , the plan is max focus and final sharpening. We still have work to do. @trainwitht_rain got us locked in for the win. Stay tuned to stories for updates. 10 days owt 🫶🏾💪🏾 finish the job ‼️
