200+ Black executives. One iconic location. A MONUMENTAL moment. 📸

This wasn’t just a portrait. It was a picture of POWER.

This Fall, Monumental Men’s Network brought together 200+ Black executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and changemakers at Brooks Brothers in Washington, DC to celebrate Black excellence, brotherhood, and collective influence.

🏛️ CULTURAL POWER: Black men across generations and industries showing up with purpose and presence.

💼 ECONOMIC POWER: Decision-makers and business builders demonstrating the influence of our network.

🤝🏾 COLLECTIVE POWER: Relationships creating opportunities, accelerating careers, and strengthening communities.

We were honored to welcome Congressman Steven Horsford, who delivered remarks, and grateful to DC Mayor Muriel Bowser for recognizing this historic moment with a letter of support.

A monumental thank you to those who made this possible:

The portrait captured the moment. The relationships will define the legacy.

This is MONUMENTAL. 🖤

More than a moment. More than a movement. A LEGACY. ✊🏾

Our history deserves to be seen.
Our stories deserve to be told.
Our legacy deserves to live on.

On Indigenous Peoples’ Day (and every day), we recognize the importance of honoring our histories, preserving our cultures, and building a future that reflects the strength of our communities.

That same commitment to representation and legacy brought hundreds of Black men together at the U.S. Capitol during #CBCWeek for this Flash Mob. 📍🇺🇸

And MMN was proud to stand alongside @BlackMenswear as a key community partner in bringing this vision to life.

Hundreds of brothers.
Different generations. Different professions.
One powerful statement of unity, excellence, and collective impact.

Because this was NEVER just about the suits. 👔

It was about showing up for one another. Celebrating our culture. Owning our narrative. And reminding the next generation that they belong in every room where history is made.

At MMN, that’s the movement we’re building:

🤝🏾 Camaraderie.
📈 Career Advancement.
🌍 Community Impact.

From the Capitol steps to boardrooms across the country, we’re turning connections into opportunities and individual success into collective advancement.

The photo captures the moment.
The brotherhood tells the story.
The legacy is what we build next.

To @blackmenswear , our community partners, and every brother who showed up: THANK YOU. 🖤

This is what MONUMENTAL looks like.

CultureCon 2026 was one for the books! My message for the weekend: YOUR GIFTS WILL MAKE ROOM FOR YOU!

Like literally. Everyone that came spoke, activated, and attended has a gift that brought them to CultureCon and were given space to champion themselves and their communities all weekend!

Salute to my friend and fellow White House Creator Economy Conference alum @imaniimani for the continued vision🙌🏾

Yeah, that’s Michael B. Jordan at the end…
