@UJ, Construction Student Forum, and @uj.civil.tech recently joined forces for an insightful campus tour with Caroline and the @charteredinstituteofbuilding team! ‍

Our journey took us to the 3D printing site, where we witnessed the future of construction. We also had the privilege of visiting our esteemed research centers. ️This collaborative initiative fostered a vibrant exchange of knowledge and solidified the UJ community's commitment to excellence in construction!

Jojo Kayembe, our Civil Engineer Intern, attended the Investing in Africa Mining Indaba 2025 Youth Leaders Programme in Cape Town. The knowledge and skills gained through this experience is a valuable asset for Jojo’s personal growth in the engineering space but also a pave way into learning more about the engineering sector.

These are the words that Jojo had about his time in Cape Town:
“ To all young professionals: Put yourself in spaces where knowledge is shared and opportunities arise. The more you engage, the more you grow. You never know who you’ll meet, what you’ll learn, or where the next conversation will take you. “
