We love community, however sometimes we could all use some quiet time. Our Recovery Lab suite gives you a little of both. Solo zen time to sweat & chill out OR you can invite a few friends to join you in the zone—for no additional cost.

Our @sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna has the three wavelengths of infrared to support (near, mid, far) and our icy cold plunge is set at 51° degrees to allow the adaptations for both women and men. Consistency is the secret sauce to experience the long-term benefits of contrast therapy, our friendly reminder 😉

We supply lockers, a private shower and dressing room, Turkish towels and a private fridge of sparkling beverages for you to pause and take time for yourself. Packages and memberships are available, ask at the desk when you check in.
Got more questions? Text/call/email us and we will give you all the deets!

Calling all our male cyclists, runners, strength trainers, lifters, golfers, desk workers, basically ALL MEN. This one’s just for you!

This workshop is all about YOUR pelvic floor health—what it is, why it matters, and what men should know.

In this educational and practical workshop, you will learn what the pelvic floor is, how it functions, common conditions men experience, and what you can do to address symptoms and improve quality of life.

Karine, owner of PelviCare Physical Therapy, will guide you through a foundational understanding of male pelvic health, including:

Understanding the Male Pelvic Floor
• Anatomy and function of the male pelvic floor
• How it works together with the diaphragm, abdominal wall, hips, and spine

You Will Learn How the Pelvic Floor Affects
• Bladder and bowel control
• Sexual function, including erections and ejaculation
• Core strength and posture
• Pressure control during lifting, coughing, and exercise

Common Signs and Symptoms of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
• Urine leakage, urgency, or difficulty starting the urine stream
• Dribbling after urination
• Pelvic, testicular, penile, tailbone, or groin pain
• Pain with sitting or exercise
• Erectile dysfunction or ejaculation concerns
• Persistent symptoms after prostate or pelvic surgery

Sometimes pelvic floor muscles are too weak. Very often, they are too tight or not coordinating well. Both can cause symptoms—and both are treatable.

This workshop is designed to empower men with knowledge, reduce stigma, and provide practical tools to support pelvic health at every stage.

Come to a schooling show with me! This was our (Yuki’s and mine) first off property experience as a team, and I was so curious to see what it would be like. Lots of horses are completely different in a show environment, but Yuki was his usual mellow self. Even the warmup ring, which was *complete* mayhem, only fazed him for a few minutes. Once it was time to do his rounds, he had completely settled and jumped around as fluidly and calmly as you please. My coach at @equine.edge.llc and I walked away at the end of the day with a handful of ribbons and a very educational experience under our belts. Huge shoutout to @csu_erc for hosting this unique event and giving our green bean ponies the opportunity to experience a busy environment.

Getting ready for our first off-property experience together this coming weekend - a local hunter show! Even though I have zero aspirations for the hunter world, it will be a great opportunity for Yuki and I to get to know each other in a competitive environment. In preparation, today we practiced some straight and bending lines with a calm, controlled cadence. Lessons with @equine.edge.llc are always the highlight of my week! 💕 @mr_eventing #connemara #hunterjumper #equestrian #equestrainlife
