Race week = down time for us here at @gain.line.ascot. A time to reset, relax and enjoy doing what we love outside of the gym. ⛰️🥾🐾 This year marks 10 years since we took on CrossFit Ascot and built it into what we know today as Gain Line. It’s been some ride! We have had the pleasure of working with so many fantastic people, each bringing their own piece to the Gain Line team. As always, we thank everyone who has been part of the journey — past, present, and those to come in the future. The fire is as lit as the day we started. 🔥 Buzzing to get back to the box this week, see the squad and sling some tin. 🏋️‍♀️ New cycle starts tomorrow — let’s get stuck in. 💪🔥
