Left it all on the ice. Felt as prepared as possible and put down my best runs on this track. Proud of my effort getting back to top level competition. Between coming back from pregnancy, navigating postpartum hormones and another hamstring tear late offseason, it’s been a journey. Grazie mille to my village for all of the support!

Qualified for my second Winter Olympic Games! 🇺🇸❄️

Four years ago, my husband and I uprooted our lives knowing nothing was guaranteed, but committed fully to seeing it through. We moved to Italy chasing this dream, and along the way it became another home. Our daughter was born here, and Polcenigo became the place where we learned how to be a family.

I don’t do any of this alone. Jeff has been my confidant, chauffeur, chef, strength and conditioning coach, and my steady support on tour. Watching him be an incredible father makes this journey even more meaningful.

Finding my way back into sliding form after becoming a mom hasn’t been easy but oh so worth it. There were moments of doubt, slow progress, and a lot of patience. I’m so grateful for my village of family, friends, coaches, teammates, sports med, and the incredible mom groups both irl and virtually. I’m also grateful to the United States Air Force and @afwcap for making this journey possible and allowing me to serve, train, and chase this dream at the highest level.

Sliding Skeleton in Cortina will be as close to a home Olympics as I’m ever gonna get. Grateful for the road behind and excited for what’s ahead. 🇺🇸🇮🇹🤍❄️

Happiest of birthdays to IBSF certified caregiver @mr_milliron! Literally could not compete season after season without ya. I know tour life with a toddler can be a lot. Mostly joy, sometimes just chaos 🫠. Just know we appreciate all you do! 10 birthdays together, many more to go 🥰.

We were sent these photos earlier this morning and it’s nice when someone takes the time to capture life long memories. @deantimmings the professional photographer thank you for taking the time to share these photos from Cortina 🇮🇹 Also Dean and Nick Timmings will be doing some stand up for the entire circuit after the season concludes.

🎓 🦅 Finished ALS and officially a graduate. Grateful for the chance to grow as a leader while representing @usairforce. The experience strengthened how I lead, communicate, and stay mission-ready — on and off the ice.

Thank you to @afwcap for the continued support. Being part of the World Class Athlete Program makes it possible to pursue excellence as an athlete, serve with pride, and stay present as a parent. That backing means everything.

Now it’s time to lock in for Milan-Cortina 2026 🇺🇸🛷
