From quiet and shy to strong and capable. Jiu-jitsu gives kids the quiet power to stand tall, face hard days, and handle any bully. Watch them grow into confident champions—both on the mat and out in the real world. We have seen this sport change lives and change trajectories. Come see how we can help your child grow into the resilient and unstoppable force he/she was meant to be. #Kidsjiujitsu #pyramidjiujitsu #memphisjiujitsu #bartlettjiujitsu

Well folks, it's been quite some time since I've posted on here so I figured I'd share some training from early March up until now. Next month is @heavymetalstrength 3 year anniversary since I've opened the doors. Looking forward to another year of training and helping others achieve a better quality of life through strength. Let's see if I can manage to keep up on here better this year. #heavymetalstrength #elitefts #strengthcoach #bartlett #memphis
