Damn. I have not had a hectic weekend like this one. Help run a skid pad event on Friday and learned a little more about car control. Damaged a fender and side skirt in the process. Cold cones are HARD. Somehow snapped the o2 sensor bung off the midpipe. Luckily the homies at @mxpituning got it welded up for me.

Went to the track today. Spun out on my out lap. I somehow had more confidence in catching some over steer moments on north track. Then I blew a wheel bearing. I shoulda seen it coming. I usually change wheel bearings every other year and I didn’t this time.

Crazy start to the season but I’ll be back eventually. Overall it was great to see the homies and that’s all that matters.

Fun fact, we polled first-timers asking them if they were intimidated by their first AIR class. The most popular answer was “yes, because I was scared that I wouldn’t be good at it” and asked why they came back for a second class, “because I like to challenge myself.” Here’s to the badasses who like to challenge themselves and keep coming back! 💪💪💪 #hardworkpaysoff // visit the link in our bio to take the survey and get a promo code for 50% off your first week unlimited! #elevateyourcore

Stop stressing over your New Years resolutions! Taking notes from our friends @iamwellandgood 📝 This year, let’s resolve to be happy! Here is the 2nd tip:
Pre-book 2-3 classes each week 💪 “Resolving to work out more and eat healthier are actually great choices, as far as happiness science is concerned—exercise releases all sorts of feel-good neurotransmitters in our brains, and our gut health also plays a big role in our mental health. But we often approach diet and movement from a strict place which can be distressing. Instead, keep it simple. Opposed to saying ‘I’m gonna lose 20 pounds,’ create a healthy habit that says ‘My body is supposed to move, this is what nature intended, and three mornings a week, I’m going to go for a walk.'” Check the next post for more tips to achieve happiness this year!! 🖤

Stop stressing over your New Years resolutions! Taking notes from our friends @iamwellandgood 📝 This year, let’s resolve to be happy! Here is the 1st tip:
Try something new 🤸‍♀️ “Back in 2009, researchers found that adults who were picking up a new skill reported increased happiness and satisfaction throughout their day. (Although they weren’t always happy in the thick of the process—being a beginner at anything can feel pretty awkward and uncomfortable, especially if you’re a perfectionist.) With this in mind, exploring something that interests you could be key to having a happy 2019. When you’re learning and growing, you’re going to have a higher level of happiness than staying static intellectually.” Check the next post for more tips to achieve happiness this year!! 🖤
