This is why it's important we're involved early on in the build.

Nadia takes us through the Mooloolaba project, where we've recently installed @somfy_anz motorised tracks. Getting these in meant organising scaffolding, and coordinating closely with the ceiling installers and the electrician.

Planning this from the outset was crucial to a seamless result, meaning the curtains will become a functional feature of this beautiful home, not an afterthought.

It's the unseen details that hold everything together — the bones of WAVECREST are officially up. Every truss, joist and stud gets us one step closer to handover.

THE ARCHITECTURE SHOULD LEAD. THE LIGHTING SHOULD MAKE IT UNFORGETTABLE.

A standout Sunshine Coast residence designed by @mra_design , with the architectural lighting design developed by Signature Architectural Lighting.

The lighting approach was deliberately restrained — designed to reveal the architecture, materiality and landscape rather than compete with them.

Warm integrated light accentuates the timber screening and concrete structure, while carefully considered lighting through the external and pool areas creates depth, atmosphere and a completely different experience after dark.

For us, great architectural lighting is not about simply adding more light. It is about supporting the Architect’s intent, enhancing materials and shaping how a space is experienced.

Our DA approval has finally been issued - now time to bring the new @rocaverde HQ to life. Thanks to @mra_design @adams.sparkes and all the consultants who have been involved and played a part to get this building to comply and approved.

Where texture meets tranquility.
Warm timber lining, hand-laid stone, and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow come together to create an entry that feels both grounded and refined. A reminder that great residential design is never just about aesthetics — it’s about how a space welcomes you home.

First impressions matter - and this one sets the tone from the moment you arrive.

A statement entry designed to feel both grounded and refined. Natural stone anchors the space, while warm timber lines draw you through, creating a seamless connection from outside in. It’s calm, considered, and quietly impactful.

This is where materiality does the talking - texture, light and proportion all working together to create a sense of arrival.

Set within the Cooloolabin hinterland, this home embraces a palette of darker tones carried seamlessly throughout.

Dark sheers, Duette® shades by Luxaflex, and rich velvet curtains introduce a contemporary feel, sitting effortlessly within the surrounding landscape.

Thoughtfully selected to complement the timber cladding and natural materials, each element works together to create a cohesive, grounded finish.
