I hadn’t really considered what to do to this otherwise dark and bland part of our ground floor hallway but when these pieces of art turned up I just fell in love with them hanging on this wall. We initially commissioned one of Vinces close friends, @danielbrooksart to paint us a couple of pieces for the dining room but I felt they were too good to be hidden around the corner and hardly ever seen.
Here I enjoy them on a daily basis and can admire them when standing working at the kitchen island. I don’t know much about art at all! but I love these with the textures and affects he’s created and of course the size/scale of them.
Abstract is completely out of Dan’s comfort zone, as is glitter 😆 but we love what he’s done and it makes me smile every time I walk passed and catch the subtle sparkle ☺️!
