Welcome to #ThoughtLeaderTuesday ✨
ㅤ
Each week, I spotlight women creating meaningful impact—whether as #LocalLeaders strengthening their communities or #GlobalGameChangers shaping broader conversations. 🌍
ㅤ
This series is about connection, influence, and leadership that leaves a mark.
ㅤ
This week’s inspiring leaders:
ㅤ
Debbie Mrazek is a powerhouse in sales leadership, helping businesses grow with strategy, confidence, and resilience. She doesn’t just open doors—she shortens the path to opportunity, pairing sharp expertise with generosity and unwavering belief in others.
ㅤ
Mara Whitener transforms operational overwhelm into sustainable momentum. With precision and compassion, she helps visionary founders turn bold ideas into lasting structure—often working quietly behind the scenes so others can rise.
ㅤ
Elizabeth Allen sees the heartbeat of a community and strengthens it. She architects belonging, weaving relationships that elevate local businesses and deepen connection in powerful, lasting ways.
ㅤ
💬 Know a woman making a difference?
Tag her below and let’s celebrate her impact—locally or globally.
ㅤ
Because powerful connections begin with intentional conversations.

Twenty years in, we’ve learned something simple.

The room matters.
The pace matters.
Who sits next to who matters.

When women feel safe, they speak differently.
They listen differently.
They connect differently.

This is not networking.
It’s relationship-building, done with intention. … school nights can be fun … getting to know who someone is over just what someone does.

So much fun seeing some friends I’ve known for years at this holiday party! And I ended up singing in the karaoke contest…and I won first place!
