We recently took I’M HERE™ to Room 187 at Village Underground.

I’M HERE™ helps guests see who’s around them, make themselves visible and use it as a digital icebreaker to connect with people already in the room.

Here’s what they had to say ☝🏽

Thanks to @room187ldn @mrbenjaminb

New episode✨✨|| Emotionally near the exit door||✨✨

Ress does a check-in for people who stay emotionally “near the exit door,” reflecting on hyper-independence, comfort with solitude, and difficulty imagining consistent, non-wavering love . Today’s episode looks at the sometimes over-lapping line of genuinely enjoying solitude to using solitude to prep for rejection. Ress discuss’ the “strong friend” who carries others’ emotional weight while being overlooked, and describe how rehearsing breakups and keeping contingency plans can block trust and receiving support. Listeners are encouraged to use an explained exercise to practice scaling down from ideals that feel too far out of reach like picturing “forever” to smaller, believable experiences of consistency, practice receiving, diversify support systems, and gather evidence that it’s safe to relax and “put your bags down.”

Neeevvvaaa woulda made it!! & RnB trivia …🤣 🎶

Just some of the words to describe Sunday at 187 & Park.
The singing? Inaudible at times.
The R&B knowledge? Very questionable.
The chaos? Certified. 😆
But the vibes? Immaculate. 🤩

From praise breaks to ‘Say My Name’ in harmonies to the truth that Gen Zs don’t know their music 👀 oh this round of Lyrical Library powered by @musicandsocial had us all in bits. 🤣

Check out the full clip, tag your fave, and stay tuned for part 2.

Big shoutout to @musicandsocial for providing the game they turned ONE yesterday so grab 20% off while you can. Plus, the 187 code gets you 15% off from the weekend. 🫡

Thanks as always to @room187uk for having me 🖤🎤
