Thank you so much for the amazing feedback! It truly means the world to us. We’re so proud of the impact poetry is making—not just in events but in the lives of poets and audiences alike.

Here at The Poet Life, together with the Poetry Business Network, we are committed to continuing this mission. We’ll keep helping organizations and companies elevate their messages and events through poetry while empowering poets to grow, transform, and thrive in their craft.

Let’s keep building this beautiful connection between art and purpose—together!

It was one of those evenings in Baltimore where the energy felt different—brimming with inspiration and purpose. Christoph Jenkins, the founder of The Poet Life and the Poetry Business Network, took the stage to connect with a room full of creatives, each eager to turn their passion for art into a lasting career.

As he spoke, the conversation flowed naturally, like a poem itself—every word seemed to resonate, sparking new ideas, calling people to action, and lighting that inner fire in everyone listening.

The room was alive with discussions about the power of poetry, the potential of turning art into livelihood, and the real-world steps each artist could take to build a meaningful career.

For Christoph, most of his work happens online, reaching people far and wide. But there’s something special about being in the same room, sharing energy, and seeing firsthand the way words impact others. As the night came to a close, there was a sense of shared purpose—everyone left feeling more connected, more inspired, and ready to take on the world with their art.

Christoph couldn’t help but look forward to the next in-person event, excited for more moments like these.

Stay tuned for upcoming events!!

moments upon exiting the van in Baltimore we met a poet named George (@mrceown). he regaled us with some poetry and we invited him to the @walteretc show. most random people that you invite to things say they’re coming but never do. he actually came to the show and then joined the band on stage and read a poem live! little moments like this are worth more to me than all the gold in fort knox and all the $$$ on wall street!!! anyways, come to our show in Brooklyn tonight, i promise u a very good time!

As I celebrate my 16th year of being a PRO CHEF, I want to thank my people of Baltimore to whom I owe so much. From my first location which I opened at just 23, and through every single step, ventures, growth, victories and set backs. Thank you Baltimore for adopting me as soon as I migrated to the US, rocking with me and rocking with my food. I will always come back to Baltimore ❤️. Excited to embark on this new chapter of my culinary journey in ATLANTA! Special thanks to everyone who always showed love & support, but most importantly anyone who’s ever been/still is part of the team. Let’s GO!!!!! #cheflife #african #gratitude. Music by @kay__dre
