This is a photo taken on our first trip to India - when we visited @tajmahalindiaofficial We travelled to so many special places in this beautiful country.⠀
Going to India & connecting to the meditation, yoga & spiritual practices was truly a life changing moment for me for so many reasons. ⠀

⁣EARTH DAY 🌍 : This is how we feel about Mumma Earth 🙌 !! But... she’s needs some R E S P E C T ( interested to know your thoughts below 👇so have a read till the end if you can or save post for later) ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
The reality is, this picture was taken on a beautiful beach..... but.... we got to that beach by taking a plane ✈ ⠀⠀
Planes do contribute to climate change & I still celebrate #earthday2020 ⠀⠀
Am I hypocrite?⠀⠀
⠀⠀
In the last few years me & Victoria have been connecting & learning about how we can shift our actions & thinking towards a harmonious relationship with the planet⠀⠀
⠀⠀
If we use the relationship analogy; Sometimes it can be truly challenging having a healthy relationship with the ones we love, with clear & loving boundaries.⠀⠀
They do say; we take things out on the ones closest to us ❤🌍⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Here are some actions & learning we have done over the last few years;⠀⠀
⠀⠀
🍃What we eat - plantbased diet @nutrition_facts_org ⠀
⠀
⠀
✈What we do about travel ( currently offsetting with @goldstandard4globalgoals ⠀
⠀
⠀
📦What we buy @ecovibeuk - amongst other
products ⠀ 💡 How we use energy - renewable Electricity supplied by @bulb ⠀
⠀
♻ How we recycle @easyecotips & local council ⠀
⠀
⠀
🌍And how we relate to this beautiful place @earthofficial ⠀⠀
⠀
I’ll be honest, we are far from perfect but that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t keep trying & learning while continuing to celebrate the possibility that we can improve our realtionship with the planet for the greatest outcome.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Happy Earth day Mumma✌💛🌍⠀
⠀⠀
Let me know your thoughts? and any actions or learning you have been doing? ✌🌍⠀⠀

⁣SADHU 🧘‍♂️ : One afternoon in Rishikesh, We met this Sadhu (Holy man solely dedicated to achieving moksha (liberation) through meditation and contemplation of God ). ⠀
⠀
We spoke a little about which country we came from & he showed us some pictures of Krishna, Shiva & Ganesh. ⠀
⠀
⠀
We asked him, very nicely, if we could take a photo, he agreed. As you can see, he was an absolute natural in front of the camera. Thank you Baba. Hari Om 🙏⠀
