ADDINGTON DAY TWO 🥹💫

I do not have words to describe how proud I am of baby Lottie . The difference in her since this time last year is insane , only her second stay away show and third time being in an indoor arena she exceeded expectations. I am so so pleased with her performance and could not be happier .

🌟95CM🌟
An early wake up to walk the course by 8😱she warmed up a lot nicer than the day before finally feeling more relaxed and confident in herself . She flew round having a very unlucky pole but putting in some very good turns coming away with a quick time and only 4 faults finishing in 37th as an individual out of 140

🌟105CM🌟
We started the day not knowing wether or not I would get round this course with the plan to retire at the first sign of unhappiness in Lottie round this course as it was a big track in a big environment which neither of us have had much experience with . But she exceeded my expectations doing the calmest and most supple warmup I have ever had her do going into the ring completely focused although the first jump, which had cause problems for others , she found a bit spooky she listened as soon as I told her to go and flew round with just two unlucky poles . Could not of been prouder with Lottie also placing 35th as an individual out of 86

🌟95CM MIXED🌟
The last class of the day Lottie went in as a horse came cantering out which upset her a bit throwing a couple bucks and knocking her mindset resulting in an uncharacteristic stop at the first jump . This was such a shame as we then flew round clear in the quickest time of the class 26 seconds feeling absolutely amazing doing all the turns I asked . However we still managed to finish 4th as a team !!

This weekend was such an amazing experience with such a lovely atmosphere @addingtonequestrian thank you to @claire_gradley @capitol_jump_2_it and @corneliaomahony for your endless help with Lottie could not of done this without you !!

We held our final Head's Leadership Team meeting today with our 2025/26 prefects; what a wonderful group of young people. I offered them all my thanks and gratitude for the support they have given our school, and presented them with Gold Head’s Awards and special paintings of Woolverstone Hall. A special thanks to Connie for making us a cake and for writing a wonderful poem to mark the occasion.
