VIP Dinner hosted by @eatdrinktriad at the incredible @ryans_restaurant was such a great evening networking with other foodies over an incredible 6 course meal. I got to see some familiar faces and meet some new folks as well. What a great way to bring us all together to enjoy ourselves while letting our creative juices flow. We started off with spinach artichoke dip, mini crab cakes with house made remoulade, bacon wrapped scallops and wagyu meatballs. The first course I chose the French onion soup and it was made to perfection, just look at that cheese pull! The second course I chose the halibut which was cooked wonderfully in a lemony caper sauce that compliments the light flaky fish. The third entree I chose the rack of lamb over potatoes au gratin and spinach and they were so well done and super light in their usual over powerful taste. The final entree course I chose the filet with their famous au poivre which was my favorite of them all. Then came the desert sample of their cholotate cake, peanut butter pie and pecan pie. Anyone drooling yet? Had to end the night with an espresso martini that was so well done! This experience was incredible, the service and attention to detail outstanding and the restaurant is a whole tree house vibe! Highly reccomend this place if you are looking for a consistently great meal time and time again! #foodiesunite #tastebuds #yelpelite #eatdrinktriad #vipdinner #iamfull
