September is over already…
Forever grateful for the opportunities this song has afforded me, and to think we almost gave it away to Pop Idol Australia 😯

Nearly two years since his 10th studio album “American Gangster” was released to critical acclaim and commercial success, @jayz returned with “The Blueprint 3”. It was the sequel to “The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse” and “The Blueprint”. Released 15 years ago on September 8, 2009 via @rocnation, Asylum and @atlanticrecords, it received positive reviews from music critics and achieved commercial success. Upon release, it became Jay-Z’s eleventh US number-one album, breaking the record he had previously shared with Elvis Presley. “The Blueprint 3” was supported by it’s six singles: “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)”, “Run This Town”, “Empire State of Mind”, “On to the Next One”, “Young Forever” and “A Star Is Born”. Aside from the singles, songs like “What We Talkin’ About”, “Thank You”, “Real As It Gets”, “Off That”, “Already Home” and “So Ambitious” were also considered highlights from “The Blueprint 3”. Production for “The Blueprint 3” took place during 2008 to 2009 at various recording studios. It featured superb production by the likes of Kanye West, @cubansoze, The Neptunes, @jeffbhasker, @al_shux, @jrocthaghost, @timbaland, @therealswizzz and The Inkredibles. “The Blueprint 3” also features guest appearances by Kanye West, @badgalriri, @aliciakeys, @jeezy, Drake, J. Cole and @kidcudi, among others. The album cover consists of a large number of all-white instruments and recording tools stacked in a corner, with three red lines across the image. Blueprint 3 would be Jay-Z’s first album cover that did not feature his face on it. His 11th studio album remains a solid body of work. While “The Blueprint 3” in its entirety isn’t considered a classic, majority of the songs on Blueprint 3 have aged well enough to be considered classic worthy 15 years since its release! #BP3 #TheBlueprint3 #JAYZ #RocNation #KanyeWest #HOV #ThankYou #DOADeathofAutoTune #RunThisTown #EmpireStateofMind #OnToTheNextOne #YoungForever #AStarIsBorn #AlreadyHome #SoAmbitious #SolidAlbum #ClassicMoments #15YearsAgo #ForTheCulture #2009

Last week was kind of weird to be honest.
After the two amazing days with Mr Hudson I was completely drained, so I went home to Trøndelag for a proper break whilst finishing my business plan. ✍️
Now I’m back and hyped for the final sprint @limpimusic 🙌

Soft Mod- The Soundtrack.

Whether they were in a CD case under the passenger seat in a Mini Cooper, stacked in a CD rack next to a pile of The Face and Dazed Magazines or being played through a mini disc player while a soft mod walks through town, these were some of the classics to accompany the aesthetic.

You already know this is just a part 1 🤣
