POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

An intimate gathering of our Mumbai tribe, left us feeling so grateful & wholesome.

So many conversations, stories, questions & food for thought.

Meeting teachers, authors, healers, leaders & entrepreneurs in our community, from across the world.

Guarding the energy of the the evening with the Vedic Kajal

Welcoming our guests with a nazar ka teeka!

Welcoming our guests with a nazar ka teeka!

So thankful for all the love & hearing stories of how you’re weaving Anahata into your lives.

Our community member actually saved our packaging material & made these bookmarks out of them, by hand!

When everyone resonates on the same wavelength, a movement takes shape.

Graced by the beautiful voice of @hamsika.iyerofficial , made the evening even more special

Launching our new website for our guests. New features, new design & an elevated shopping experience.

We made limited edition products for all the guests who attended. Our founder was so excited to share these!

One major learning from the event. All the husbands in our community are stealing their wives’ Anahata products secretly! Y’all are green flags.

When visitors from outside the country resonate with Indian beauty, Ayurveda & Himalayan values, magic happens.

This community has the sweetest, cutest moms. Shweta, we had so much fun having your mum over!

The most awaited part of the night….

and a little gift to carry all your goodies🫶🏻

Rituals that come from this land, practiced through generations & holistic is their approach. Haircare was & is an integral part of self love, familial bonding & cultural significance in India. As seasons change, festivals arrive & nature transforms, so do our beauty rituals. And the reason Indian women have such great hair is because they keep up with nature and its seasons❤️

Start incorporating natural hair oils, scrubs, masks & serums, especially those with Ayurvedic herbs. Even better if you follow Ritucharya, and seasonally shift your haircare routine.

If you want to know more about this, comment below & we may just arrange a workshop on this topic🫡

If you know me you know how much I appreciate a strong prep, here’s a fun mock shoot vs final outcome example of it.

We had no access to our phones or cameras on the tech recce so we couldn’t simply take pictures, go back, and figure it out later.

We had one hour with the actors. That was it.

@ishraheja and I were excited about the idea of doing a mock shoot & it became our way of pre-visualising everything, blocking, compositions, movement, lensing and the rhythm of the scene. Every detail had to be thought through and rehearsed to the T, because once we were on the actual shoot, there was very little room to figure things out.

One hour with the actors, 2 cameras, and a super efficient crew performing their best on the shoot day!

Much love to @bakeafilm , always a good time with y’all

Tuesday morning inspection time with my 30 year old gym buddy @mrinalc
Checking just how much the excesses of the holiday season have ravaged us; or not

Here’s some holiday season advice

Pro tip 1 : eat everything, just less of it
It’s not going away and you can sample more tomo

Pro Tip 2: if you’re eating garbage calories, then make sure it’s ‘world’s best’ or then don’t bother. And frankly, very little is. खाईं टार तुपाशी नहीं टार उपाशी

Pro Tip 3: if you eat three large meals a day, there’s no hope 🤷🏼‍♂️. Stick to just the one n skip the others

Happy Holidays folks
Much love

I’m sixty and I own it…
