🏆 Palm Springs named Mr. Lyons the BEST STEAK in town… but there's something you should know before ordering. 👀🥩

I checked out Mr. Lyons Steakhouse in Palm Springs, and I was told they don't cook steaks past medium-rare.

Now, if you're a medium-rare steak lover, you might be perfectly happy. But if you prefer your steak medium-well or well-done, this is definitely something to know before making your reservation.

So here's the question: Should a steakhouse cook your steak exactly how you like it, or is medium-rare the way to go? 👇

💬 Drop your steak temperature in the comments.
📤 Share this with your steak-loving dinner partner.
💾 Save this for your next Palm Springs night out.

Your desert week is already planned.

From La Santa Cecilia at the McCallum and Thursday night at the Palm Springs Art Museum to a movie on the Sunnylands lawn, Saturday markets, comedy, Spa Month and a desert weekend itinerary worth stealing, these are the things we would actually put on the calendar this week.

Save this before the weekend fills up.

Send it to the person who is always asking, “What should we do this weekend?”

The Desert Edit.
A new edit every week with what is actually worth seeing, doing, booking and knowing across Greater Palm Springs.

Learn about the significance that lies not only in its engineering achievement but also in the collaboration of two of Palm Springs' greatest modernist architects, Albert Frey and E. Stewart Williams. This experience concludes with a delicious lunch at the acclaimed Peaks Restaurant.
