A little late to post, but I’m grateful to be another year older 💞. Had the most delicious dinner at Uchiko with my wonderful husband @mrnikonair and celebrated with people I’m lucky to have in my life. There’s no other way I’d rather spend my birthday than with people I care for the most.

Decided to add some throwbacks from birthdays past in the roll. 🎂

Update: we foster failed and adopted her today, 5/3/25 😅

We’ve been fostering sweet, spunky, and playful Princess Tiger Lily for the past few weeks for @herdinghomerescue. She picks up training quickly and would thrive in a home with other playful dogs or humans. She’s a smart girl with a lot of love to give ❤️🐶

She’s currently about 15wks old and her DNA test shows that she’s 50% German Shepherd, 25% Golden Retriever, 25% Aussie.

Had a wonderful 3-year anniversary dinner with my love yesterday. It was our first time at @uchikorestaurants and everything was delicious. 3 down, 300 more to go! Can’t wait to celebrate many more years with you 🥰💞.

Valentine’s Dinner #3 at Uchibā. Our first time dining here. Riley was super helpful with his suggestions. We sampled the Bar Menu for some Dumplings, Oysters, salad, and mushroom skewers before diving into some fish.

We had a few rounds of Nigiri followed by the Hama Chili Crudo. We finished with the fried milk dessert. Our favorite bites were the Cesar Salad, Hamachi, Hama chili, Wagyu tartare, Bluefin zuke, Bluefin otorga and the Otoro aburi.

If anyone wants to go out on a double date, holler!!

Valentine’s weekend dinner #2 at the Chef’s table with my love! We chopped it up with Chef Chase and enjoyed watching the meticulous preparation of each dish he made.

We tried the:
App: Crudo (the chili crunch 🤌🏽), Oysters
Focaccia w/ Butters (leftover butter came home)
Pasta: Gnocchetti (very balanced dish)
Protein: Butter poached Grouper (the masa butter on top was insane)
Dessert: PB&J (perfect closer)
Drinks: Gramercy Cellars Cab, Not Toddy (Zero Proof), Foxtail w/ Rye whiskey

10/10!

🥺💞 so I did film all these songs to watch later - no shame, lol. @saosinofficial put on a great concert, I’m so glad we were able to make this one ❤️. Mom, I finally forgive you for not letting me go to their concert in 2009 😂

Enjoyed a chilly Thursday night with @gruppechat at @topnotchsince1971

Even as a longtime local automotive photographer here in central texas I was surprised to see so many cars (& people) at a local meet that I didn’t recognize.

Always love to meet some new autofriends 🫡

📍 top notch
