January birthday month officially comes to an end… ✨🤍🎉
Somehow all THREE of my boys were sick throughout the month, and by some miracle I stayed healthy enough to celebrate, which made this birthday feel even more special. I truly soaked up every moment.
From the extra love to the flower crowns, the laughter, long hugs, and full-heart memories… I felt SO incredibly loved.
Another beautiful trip around the sun, surrounded by the most amazing friends and the kind of energy that reminds me just how blessed I am.
Thank you for showing up for me, celebrating me, and filling my heart in the biggest way. I’m still smiling 🤍✨🌴
Cheers to this next chapter… I have a feeling it’s going to sparkle ✨

✨ I’m Jumping Again — And Sleeping Like I Never Have ✨

For over a decade, I’ve been a fitness instructor. I even owned my own fitness company — movement has been my passion, my career, my identity.
I’m also a mom of two energetic young boys, so staying strong and active isn’t just about work — it’s how I show up for my family every day.

When chronic knee pain took over — when I couldn’t run, jump, or even walk in heels without worrying my knee would give out — everything changed.

Aloha Fit4Mom family!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to all our amazing mamas and families that have supported me on this beautiful Fit4Mom journey. It has been a pleasure and honor to have been a part of this growing, loving community for over a decade. I have loved watching your kids’ become besties, and all the moms having the best support system. For me, this village has meant the world to me and my family. I have been blessed to have made best friends for life, and so have my kids!

When I first found Fit4Mom, I realized having a mom tribe would help me get through the challenges of being a first time mother, especially moving to this special island with no extended family. Thank the Lord for my Fit4Mom sisterhood!

I am so excited to pass the bubble wand to our fabulous friend and instructor Marissa as the new owner. She is so excited to embark on her new journey with all of you. When I started thinking who would be the best fit for all of you, there was no doubt in my mind that Marissa would be the perfect leader. She has always put her heart and soul into embracing Fit4Mom. Fit4Mom Ohana: You can look forward to new amazing outings, workouts, playgroups, and so much more!

Thank you Marissa, Lily, and Raven for always having such dedication to me, the boys, and Fit4Mom. I always knew I could count on you for everything.
