Panda is a Chinese cobra (Naja atra), a highly venomous snake—but venom doesn’t determine temperament. Panda has always been remarkably calm, curious, and tolerant around people.

One of the questions I get most often is: “Can other people touch Panda?” The answer is yes. She behaves the same way with others as she does with me. Since I got her she’s been around different people, children playing nearby (always at a safe distance), and has calmly accepted gentle touches from friends without showing any signs of stress or defensiveness.

Every snake is an individual, and Panda’s personality is unusual. This video is simply documenting her unique behavior—it is not an encouragement to interact with venomous snakes or assume others will behave the same way.

Respect the animal, understand the risks, and never mistake one exceptional individual for the entire species.

Rich isn’t measured by what you have… it’s measured by the people around you and the moments you get to live together. Friends, laughter, and a few animals along the way.
Sometimes we forget how much we already have while chasing more. Keep going, keep making memories — you’re probably a lot richer than you think you are 🖤
