Dynery is building the global operating system for dining, giving independent restaurants back the guest relationships, data, and margin that delivery apps and marketplaces take from them. For over a decade, billion-dollar chains have used their own apps, loyalty programs, and guest data to keep diners coming back, while independents lose up to 30% of an order to third-party commissions and fees and still never learn who their guests are. With Dynery Pay, Dyners order and pay directly with the restaurant across dine-in, pickup, and delivery, and every transaction builds a guest record that keeps repeat guests coming back to that restaurant instead of to a marketplace. Dyners have signed up, 100 restaurant partners have completed tons of orders through Dynery Pay, and our roadmap adds loyalty and AI-driven personalization on top of that transaction data. The team pairs Quyen Phan, who operates six restaurants, with CEO Wale Martins on product and Brian Baldridge on loyalty – the customer is building it.
