“Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together! I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed. Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!”

So thankful for this weekend at #TGCW26 and the encouragement to fix our gaze on Jesus! Such a gift to be there with Calvary sisters AND my sister, sister in law, her sweet twin & my niece! My heart is full!! 🩷

August - “death is a doorway
And falling’s just learning to stand
And less is more than we really need
And empty’s a space for us to receive”

Consistency is one of the kindest gifts you can give your baby when it comes to sleep. Little ones don’t know what time it is—but they can feel rhythms, patterns, and cues. A familiar routine helps their brains and bodies start to recognize, “This is when we wind down.”

Even something as simple as dimming the lights, putting on jammies, a quiet song, or a few minutes of cuddling before bedtime can become powerful signals. Over time, these small habits create a sense of safety and predictability that helps them fall asleep more peacefully and stay asleep longer. Keep showing up with love and calm—it truly makes a difference.

What’s something you can do to add an element of consistency to your little one’s bedtime routine?

It was the sweetest time celebrating Abby and baby Autumn before her birth! 💕 So blessed to be part of a community that lifts each other up in love and prayer.

I’m also so grateful for God’s guidance as we walk this journey of motherhood together. Excited to see the amazing plans He has for baby Autumn’s life! 🙏🏼
