Welp, there go my running days. An injury from the wind & dine races 2 years ago (and a lifetime of wear/tear) has led me to a total knee replacement. No longer allowed to run but I can speed walk, cycle, and swim so all is not lost! Having a hard time accepting the no running rule but it is what it is and i look forward to regaining my strength to walk in Some RunDisney 5ks! To all my running friends, take care of yourselves and maybe run a little bit for me today! Enjoy every run you get! #runnersofinstagram #runnerscommunity #walk #walkforlife #walkforhealth #totalkneereplacement #surgery #iwillsurvive #iwillsurvivethis #exercise #takecareofyourself #waltdisneyworld #rundisney #run #runhappy #walking #icandothis #kneepain #kneesurgery
