Using @electronsplus to help activate the quad. Also using copper which is also a good conductor of electricity. If it moves we know it works!!

@electronsplus is a great family! We all had a blast in Costa Rica! It was awesome to see 17 practitioners from across the country with different backgrounds all unite under the umbrella of learning to heal better. These people make me a better practitioner and all teach me a better way to be! Thanks to all who showed up and I look forward to some new faces next year!

Hiking cloudbridge was a dream!

2 hours up the mountain from Uvita is the mountain town San Gerardo. The climate is about 10 degrees cooler and supports much different plants and animals.

This is one of the full day excursions we offer! Butterfly dome>cloud bridge hike and finish with a sauna by the river!

Hightower High School

A place that has had such an impact on my life!

Student - Class of 2005
Teacher/Coach - 2013-2016

I’ve been able to accomplish many incredible things with incredible people on 3333 Hurricane Lane.

Today we tailgated and celebrated 20 years since we roamed the halls of our legendary high school.

A school that opened in 1998, with us being the FIFTH graduating class. We came in excelled, learned, and began the process of accomplishing our dreams. We left a mark that’s still felt today.

Class of 2005, STAND UP!

.mastermind. || A few more moments from @electronsplus Tampa 2025

I gained so much new knowledge and skills! I immediately applied them to a long time client and her results surprised us both!

Pouring into your craft and continuing to learn will always be worth the disruption to your regularly scheduled programming.

Invest in yourself ALWAYS!

These aren't just colleagues, this is family.

I’d like to introduce yall to the MEcision Cubes. The first tool from the @mecision.me line up that offers six time-managed and repetitive wellness actions accompanied by playlists to help you reduce stress, release tension, and restore clarity.

I tried to make #burnout a sustainable way of living.

Never again.

You deserve to be well. And I built @mecision.me to help jumpstart wellness practices that are plagued with decision fatigue.

I shelved my genius for many years then realized that taking a chance on ME was a major part of my personal wellness practice. I just had to decide. And take care of my self the best way I could along the way.

@mecision.me was built on wellness, not burnout. It was built with YOU in mind, not profit. It was built with something way deeper than Love, and now I get to share that.

January 1, 2025. New Year. New Me. For real this time.
